We are looking for a customer service advisor to join the customer service team, which deals with all pre departure enquiries and problems. You will be dealing with all hotel confirmations, amendments, cancellations, special requests and requirements on existing bookings and will be liaising with various departments on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be confident, organised and very customer service focused with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
All applicants must have a minimum of 12 months experience in the travel industry in a sales, customer service ticketing or administration role and must be trained on a CRS system (SABRE an advantage). Knowledge of tour operation, nett fares and ticketing would also be advantageous. Salary dependant on applicants experience.
