  • Hotel Ramadan Policy

    Please remember the Holy Month of Ramadan for 2013 is expected to commence on approximately 9th July and will continue until 9th August 2013. Throughout the day the serving of alcohol will be restricted and bars will only be open from dusk. There will be no live entertainment. Please remember to respect local customs: do not eat, drink or smoke in public places during the daylight hours and dress sensibly.

  • Building Work and Renovations

    Le Meridien Al Aqah will be undergoing a room renovation programme, the work will be carried out over two summers.

    Phase 1 - 1st June - 30th September 2013
    Phase 2 - 15th May - 30th September 2014

    During this time all rooms will be renovated, work will take place one floor at a time with a buffer floor in between to ensure no disturbance to guests.

    Work will take place between 9.30 - 18.30 daily (excluding Fridays).

    Families are welcome at Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort where the Resort has a Kids Club and a covered pool for children. Family Rooms at the Resort include the below benefits: - All of the inclusions of the Deluxe and Superior Rooms - One fixed Queen size bed and one fixed single bed - For every 5 nights booked to receive One Romantic Evening for the parents which includes a 3 course dinner for two at Taste or Swaad Restaurant.. Your children will be looked after in the room by a babysitter, subject to parent's approval. Advance booking is required. - Access to the Cinema Room is included for daily scheduled movies - Complimentary daily animation activities - Surprise gifts for the children
