Once we have reviewed and accepted the booking, we will send you a confirmation at which point a contract will be in place based on our terms and conditions. This will happen within the next 48 hours.

If you have paid a deposit

We will require the balance to be paid 12 weeks prior to your travel date . We will send you an email reminder that the balance on your holiday is due. Payment can be made by credit card or debit card online or by contacting our customer services department on 0208 329 2615. To pay the balance by cheque, full payment must be received 14 weeks prior to travel to allow time for the cheque to clear. Cheques should be made payable to letsgo2. Please write the booking reference number on the back of the cheque.
You may pay your balance online by clicking here. Upon successful payment, you will be sent a confirmation email showing your updated holiday balance. Please note full payment must be received no later than 12 weeks prior to departure.
Please note: On occasions airlines may bring forward the date they require payment for the flights, hence making the tickets instant purchase tickets. Whilst this is rare both the airline and ourselves reserve the right to change the payment date for the flight or the full portion of your holiday forward to a date earlier then the payment date of 12 weeks before departure. In such circumstances you will be informed as soon as possible, and if you are unable to make that payment you will have the option to amend your holiday to an alternative airline, of which any cost difference will be borne by yourself or cancel your holiday with a full refund.
